  • Spiritual companioning is a gentle, supportive relationship centered on deep listening, reflection, and sacred presence. It offers you a welcoming space to explore your inner life, spiritual questions, personal transitions, grief, uncertainty, or longing without pressure to have everything figured out. Rather than directing your path, I walk beside you as you listen more deeply to your own wisdom, beliefs, and sense of the sacred..

  • Spiritual companioning is not therapy, counseling, life coaching, religious instruction, or advice-giving. I will not tell you what to believe or make decisions for you. This work does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not a substitute for support from a licensed healthcare or mental-health professional. It is a contemplative practice that honors your experiences, your spiritual understanding, and the wisdom already present within you.

  • The spiritual companioning, meditation, energy work, crystal healing, and gemstone products offered by Soul Stone Sanctuary are intended to support personal reflection, relaxation, spiritual exploration, and general well-being. Inquiries ~ Crystal Healing

  • Crystal healing is a complementary spiritual practice that uses crystals, intention, quiet presence, and energy awareness to create a supportive space for rest, reflection, and inner connection. During a session, stones may be placed around you or, with your permission, gently placed on the clothed body. Each experience is personal, and no particular physical, emotional, or spiritual outcome can be guaranteed.

  • Crystal healing may support relaxation, mindfulness, spiritual reflection, emotional awareness, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself. Some people experience calm, insight, comfort, or a renewed sense of balance during or after a session. These experiences are individual, and the stones are offered as spiritual companions, and are not medical treatments.

  • Crystal healing cannot diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent illness nor replace medical care, mental-health treatment, medication, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. It should be used as a complementary spiritual practice. Please do not treat it as a substitute for medical or mantal health treatment or as a reason to postpone or discontinue appropriate care through a qualified professional.

  • Crystal jewelry offers a meaningful way to keep the energy, symbolism, and traditional associations of particular stones close throughout the day. A piece may serve as a tangible reminder of an intention, affirmation, or quality you wish to nurture—such as peace, courage, grounding, or self-compassion. Your relationship with the jewelry is personal; you are invited to wear it in whatever way feels supportive and significant to you.

    A crystal mala is a strand of beads that carries the energetic properties of a particular stone and is used to support meditation, prayer, breathwork, or the repetition of a mantra or affirmation. Moving through the beads one at a time can help focus the mind and create a gentle rhythm for your practice. A mala may also be worn or kept nearby as a meaningful reminder of your intentions, spiritual path, and connection with the stones.

  • Shipping Delays

    Once your order has been entrusted to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Soul Stone Sanctuary’s control. S3 is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. While estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide, they cannot be guaranteed.

    Lost Packages

    If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided with your order. You’re also welcome to reach out to S3, and I’ll be happy to provide any information I have that may assist you in locating your package.

    Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, however, Soul Stone Sanctuary cannot be held responsible for packages lost or misplaced while in the carrier’s possession.

    Packages Marked “Delivered”

    If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check around your property, with other members of your household, and with neighbors when appropriate. You may also wish to contact the shipping carrier directly, as they may be able to provide additional delivery information.

    Soul Stone Sanctuary cannot be responsible for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered to the address provided with the order.

    Incorrect Shipping Addresses

    Please take a moment to carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Soul Stone Sanctuary cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

    If you notice an error before your order has shipped, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll be happy to correct the address whenever possible. Once an order has shipped, however, I may not be able to redirect or recover it.

    If a package is returned to S3 because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order sent again.

    • Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days.

    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    • Exchanges are not available.
